Inazuma Eleven 2 – All Guides, Tutorials and Recruitment

Welcome to our Inazuma Eleven 2 corner, the Nintendo DS classic that came out in two editions: Blizzard and Firestorm. They share the same story, but each version has exclusive teams and players (Diamond Dust in Blizzard, Prominence in Firestorm), so some recruitments and requirements change depending on the one you play.

Here we gather everything we have created about the game, organized into three blocks: tutorials to learn how to do things that are not very common in a playthrough, competitive to get the most out of your team with training and explanations you may not have known, and the curiosities and secrets it hides. If you do not know where to start, the tutorials are what people search for most; the curiosities are the most fun to dig into.

Inazuma Eleven 2 FAQ

What is the difference between Blizzard and Firestorm?

They are the two editions of Inazuma Eleven 2. The main story is the same, but each one has exclusive teams and players: in Blizzard you face Diamond Dust and in Firestorm you face Prominence. That makes some recruitments and requirements for certain events change depending on your version.

Which of the two versions is better?

It depends on how you play. If you are more focused on competitive play, Blizzard usually comes out better, because it offers more: explosive players, exclusive teams and so on. If you are going to play casually, either version works, although keep in mind that Firestorm has increased difficulty in matches. And if you still cannot decide, you can take a look at this video to make up your mind.

Does all of this also work on an emulator?

Yes. Everything we explain works both on a physical console (DS and 3DS) and on an emulator, mainly DeSmuME. When a method depends on the emulator or on a specific tool, we say so inside the article itself.
